The County Clerk issues the mail-in ballots, ALL REQUESTS FOR FEDERAL AND/OR MILITARY BALLOTS SHOULD BE SENT TO: request.absentee@co.middlesex.nj.us
The office is located at 75 Bayard Street, 4th Floor, New Brunswick, NJ 08901.
